- The Master's degree program in Architecture expands the knowledge acquired in the Bachelor's degree.
- The program enables students to focus on individual areas of interest.
- The aim of the overall program of specialist areas and the mentoring program, therefore, is based on the interests and competencies of the students on the one hand and the individual focus of the chairs for teaching and research on the other.
- This allows the students a specialization in work-related problems, which are incorporated in the subject areas covered by the four focus areas of the Faculty of Architecture.

There are zero tuition fees for all students at TUM. However, all the students are entitled to pay a semester fee of 147.40€ ( 154.39 USD) which includes Student Union fees and the basic semester ticket for public transportation in Munich.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Applicants with a Degree from Bangladesh, China, India, Iran, or Pakistan will have to submit a GRE (General) Test. Technical University Munich has defined required minimum scores, lower scores will not be accepted. The required scores are:
- Quantitative reasoning: 157
- Analytical writing: 3.5
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.

To apply for the MS Automotive Engineering program of TUM, you must have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. You must demonstrate proficiency in English through a recognized language test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent. Submission of GRE score is necessary for admission in this program.
To apply for the Master in Renewable Energy program of TUM you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, natural sciences, or mathematics, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Along with this you must also have a valid ELP test score. GRE score is not optional but preferred.
