- The Elite-Master program Biomedical Neuroscience located at the medical school of the Technical University of Munich is funded by the Elite Network of Bavaria.
- The program is addressed to graduates holding a bachelor's degree or with equivalent studies of at least six semesters in the field of natural sciences, like biology, chemistry, and psychology or similar.
- Aim of the program is an intensive education in the field of neuroscience and neuro-psychiatric diseases. This includes both the theoretical background and the technical skills for commonly used clinical experimental approaches.
- Furthermore additional qualification like data analysis, scientific ethics, management and communication are part of the curriculum.
- The aim of this course is to deliver innovative, research-oriented education in basic neuroscience, from molecules to cells and systems, as a basis for a better understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying nervous system diseases.

There is zero tuition fees for all students at TUM. However all the students are entitled to pay a semester fee of 147.40€ ( 154.39 USD) which includes Student Union fees and the basic semester ticket for public transportation in Munich.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Students should have a Bachelor’s degree from recognized institutions or universities.
Applicants with a Degree from Bangladesh, China, India, Iran, or Pakistan will have to submit a GRE (General) Test. Technical University Munich has defined required minimum scores, lower scores will not be accepted!
- The required scores are:
- Verbal reasoning: (will not be taken into account anymore)
- Quantitative reasoning: 157
- Analytical writing: 3.5
- The Institution Code: 7806, Department: 5199 ("all other departments").
Alternatively, students can submit a scorecard of the Indian GATE test (Computer Science; for M.Sc. CSE the Mechanical Engineering Test will also be accepted). The minimal qualifying score of the respective year is necessary.

To apply for the MS Automotive Engineering program of TUM, you must have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. You must demonstrate proficiency in English through a recognized language test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent. Submission of GRE score is necessary for admission in this program.
To apply for the Master in Renewable Energy program of TUM you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, natural sciences, or mathematics, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Along with this you must also have a valid ELP test score. GRE score is not optional but preferred.
