- The master's program focuses primarily on the professional, methodical and legal training of future food chemists.
- The graduates are able to solve food chemistry problems independently and creatively and to deal with and evaluate new types of questions in a professionally competent manner.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the admission requirements for this program:
- Degree in the Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Hamburg or a comparable degree
- In special cases, admission is also possible for a different Bachelor's degree and food chemistry-related services (e.g. professional experience).
