The knowledge of biology is the basis for innovations in medicine, pharmacy, agriculture or environmental protection. The "Biology" master is a research-oriented course of study that builds on a previous Bachelor or comparable university degree in Biology.
On the one hand, it imparts in-depth professional qualification knowledge as well as theoretical and practical skills across the entire spectrum of the subject area.

There are no tuition fees for students. Only Semester contribution fee.

Following are the requirement for this program:

Degree in consecutive bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Hamburg
Degree in a comparable degree program in which comparable academic achievements in life sciences were achieved with the consecutive Bachelor's degree in biology.
Knowledge of the English language
