Tuition Fees
The Ilmenau University of Technology does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 120 USD in the first semester of the Master's course, in the following semesters the contribution fee is103 USD.
Electrical energy is the most important energy source of the future. The energy turnaround, i.e. the conversion of the electrical energy supply to predominantly renewable energy sources as well as new energy, information, and communication technologies necessitate strong changes in the operational environment of electrical energy systems. The study program provides students with the latest technological and methodological status in the areas of energy and automation technology.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Completion of a related bachelor's degree transcripts is needed.
- Admission to the master's program at the TU Ilmenau requires a passed aptitude test. This aptitude test takes place as a formal test of your certificates.
- CV is required
- Certificate of any previous German knowledge is needed.
