WB JECA Duplicate Admit Card
WBJEE Duplicate Admit Card Candidates should retain the WBJEE admit card till the end of the admission process. Hence, aspirants are advised to save the soft copy of the admit card. Students can generate duplicate admit cards on their own till the date of examination. If a candidate needs a duplicate admit card after the examination, the board will provide it. In order to get the duplicate WBJEE admit card, candidates need to pay a processing fee of INR 500. The amount can be paid through bank draft in the name of ''West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board'' payable in Kolkata.

Guidelines for WBJECA 2023 Admit Card
WB JECA 2023 aspirants are advised to go through the following instructions regarding admit card:
- Candidates have to carry a printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.
- WB JECA Board has made it clear that if an admit card is mutilated, distorted, or soiled, it will not be accepted inside the exam center. Candidates carrying damaged admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- Candidates are advised to retain admit cards carefully in a secured place and in undamaged condition for future purposes as admit cards cannot be generated after the examination.
- WBJEEB (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board) does not verify the information provided by the candidate during the filling of online application. Admit cards will be issued only to those candidates who appear prima facie eligible. They shall be provisionally permitted to sit for WBJECA 2023
- The Center invigilator will verify all the information of the candidate on exam day. Candidates without admit card will not be allowed entry in the hall.
- Verification of certificates will be done during counseling/admission by concerned authorities. If at any stage after examination, it is found upon scrutiny that the applicant is ineligible, his/her candidature will be canceled even if she/he has appeared in and secured a merit rank.
- Appearing in the examination and securing a rank in the WBJECA 2023 does not guarantee admission to the university.
WB JECA 2023 Exam Day Guidelines
- Candidates are advised to reach their center atleast half an hour before the gates open.
- Electronic devices such as docu-pen, mobile phones, calculators, log tables, electronic gadgets with a network interface, etc are strictly prohibited under the exam hall.
- Candidates can only use the black or blue point ball pen provided at the exam center.
- Hand Watches or any other watches are not allowed inside the exam center.
- Candidates are required to have their WB JECA 2023 Admit Card and valid identity proof to get entry inside the exam hall.
- Signature and photograph of the candidate on the WBJECA 2023 Admit Card should be clear and legible.
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam venue before the conclusion of the exam.
