If a light ray travels from oil to glass then, $\Rightarrow\, \frac{\mu_{oil}}{\mu_{glass}}=\frac{V_{glass}}{V_{oil}}$ $\Rightarrow\, \frac{2}{3}\times2 = \frac{V_{glass}}{V_{oil}}=\frac{4}{3}$ Then velocity of light in glass is $\frac{4}{3}$ of velocity in oil.
