NEET MDS 2023 Application Form can be filled and submitted only in online mode. The application form is available at the official website – nbe.edu.in. candidate will not have to send any documents to conducting authority. Following are the steps for filling NEET MDS 2023 Application Form:
Step 1: Online NEET MDS Registration
- Go to official NBE website - nbe.edu.in
- Click on ‘NEET MDS 2023’ tab to open the registration form
- Enter your name, date of birth, contact details, email ID and Mobile number.
- An SMS and mail containing your registration number and password will be sent to you.
Step 2: Upload Photograph and Signature
- Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
- The documents should be in jpg/jpeg format only.

Step 3: Fill NEET MDS Application Form
- Select ‘National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS)’ from the drop down list under Select Program and click ‘Save & Continue’
- Next Screen will contain significant exam information like important dates, fees and program information
- After reading carefully, click on ‘Continue’
- Candidate will now reach ‘Apply for NEET MDS’ page
- Following details will have to be entered on this page – Nationality, Category, Date of Birth, PwD details, Domicile/Native State/Union Territory, Minority, Armed Forces Dental Services, Aadhar Card details, DCI/SDC Registration Detail
- Click ‘Save & Continue’
- Candidate will then reach web page for entering details regarding following – BDS, Internship, Additional Educational Qualification, Additional Information
- Click Submit
- Candidate will now have to upload PDF format files of Photo ID card which he/she will be carrying on the day of examination and DCI/SDC Certificate
- Both files should be of less than 500kB each
- Click on ‘Upload’
- Click on ‘I Agree’ option under Declaration by Candidate
- Click ‘Save & Continue’

NEET MDS 2023 Eligibility
Aspirants must carefully read NEET MDS Eligibility Criteria before filling the application form. The following are the eligibility criteria for taking NEET MDS 2023:
- Candidates must have attained the age of 20 years.
- Candidate must possess a BDS degree or provisional BDS pass certificate from a Dental College or Institute that is recognized by Indian Government of as per the Dentist Act, 1948
- Applicants must have permanent or provisional BDS registration certificate from Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC)
- Candidate must have either completed or must complete 12 months (1 year) of compulsory rotatory internship at a recognized/approved Dental College/Institute by March 31, 2023.
NEET MDS 2023 Form Correction
Candidates who complete their registration are allowed to edit their applications form. No new application can be registered during the edit window.
- All editable fields in the application form are open for the candidate to make any corrections if so required.
- If a candidate updates his/her category or PWD status during the edit window, then he/she has to make a payment of the difference in examination fee to NBEMS.
- The difference of examination fee has to be deposited through a demand draft drawn in favor of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, payable at New Delhi before the date of conduct of the examination.
The following fields in the application form are non-editable:
- Name of the Candidate
- Email ID
- Nationality
- Test City
- Any requests for change in category, Date of Birth, PWD status, etc by NBEMS shall not be entertained.
NEET MDS 2023 Form Correction: Final Edit Window
NBE opens NEET MDS 2023 final edit window to rectify any issues related to images uploaded in the application form. The following fields in the application form can be edited during the final edit window:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Thumb Impression
Candidates who fail to submit duly completed applications with requisite documents and/or fail to rectify the deficiencies in their applications by the last date prescribed for rectification shall be declared ineligible. Admit Card shall not be issued to candidates who are declared ineligible.
