- Female students are not eligible to pursue Mining Engineering except for a few colleges like Anna University.
- The applicants should not have any supplementary or compartment in any subject at 10+2 or Diploma level that is yet to be cleared at the time of taking admissions.
- Candidates who have passed Diploma in Mining Engineering are also eligible for admission in 2nd-year of BTech Mining Engineering through lateral admissions.
What are the steps in the BTech Mining Engineering admission process?

Step 1: Engineering Entrance Examinations
