UP BSc Nursing Admission is conducted by the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University on behalf of the UPDGME. UP BSc Nursing Admission 2023 is done based on the performance of the applicants in the Common Entrance Test/ CET conducted by the ABVMU, Uttar Pradesh. BSc Nursing is a 4 years undergraduate professional course in the field of healthcare. Those who have completed class 12 from a recognized board in the Science stream (PCB/ PCBE) with minimum of 50% marks can apply for UP BSc Nursing Admission 2023. UP BSc Nursing Admission 2023: Eligibility

To be eligible for UP BSc Nursing Admission 2023, one must pass class 12 or equivalent in the Science stream. The detailed eligibility criteria for UP BSc Nursing Admission 2023 is given below:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India and must complete class 12 from a recognized educational board.
  • Applicants must be from the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects in 10+2.
  • General category candidates must score a minimum of 45% marks, while reserved category candidates must score at least 40% marks in the class 12 exam. 
  • Those who have completed the GNM Nursing course are also eligible for UP BSc Nursing Admission. 
  • Students who are appearing for the HSE/ 10+2 exam can also apply, however, to get admission to the course they must be able to provide the mark sheet at the time of counselling.
  • The applicants must be at least 17 years and not elder than 35 years (40 years in case of PwD) old at the time of admission.
  • Some colleges, however, prefer female candidates only.

  • They must bring the original documents with them for verification. And afterwards, seats will be allotted.
