Candidates willing to take admission to the MDS course at MAIDS for the course of MDS must meet the following eligibility criteria requirements:

• Applicants must have passed the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree with an aggregate of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) from a university approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
• Candidates must have the one-year compulsory rotatory internship certificate.
• They must be registered with DCI or any state dental council on a permanent or provisional basis.
• Candidates must be medically fit to pursue the course of MDS.
• Candidates must qualify NEET MDS Exam for admission to MDS at MAIDS.

MDS at MAIDS Selection Criteria

MAIDS offers admission to the MDS course based on the NEET MDS exam. Candidates clearing the NEET MDS exam have to then appear for the Delhi NEET PG Counseling that is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Candidates meeting the set cutoff for the college will be offered admission to the course

For admission to MDS at MAIDS, the candidate must qualify NEET MDS Exam. Admission would strictly be based on the marks obtained in NEET MDS, followed by the counseling conducted by MCC. MCC conducts counseling for both State Quota (50%) and All India Quota (50%). The candidates must register themselves on the official website of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, DU after allotment of seats by MCC.
