Jinvani Management College Campus Facilities

The campus of Jinvani Management College is built on a 30,000 sq ft area of land, and is surrounded by lush greenery. Overall ambiance is very positive, pollution-free, vibrant, and collaborative, in other words perfectly suitable for the teaching-learning process. Wi-fi availability further keeps everyone connected while being on college premises. On one side of the college is greenery, and on the other side of it a rare combination of both rural & urban civilization. JMC is on National Highway 84, about 20 km away from Ara Railway Station, and 10 km away from Bihiya Station. Following are some of the key amenities the college has for its students and staff members.

Smart Classrooms: The institute has developed highly advanced, spacious, well-ventilated, and technology-enabled lecture halls on its campus. Every facility including LCD Projectors, and audio-video systems along with proper arrangements of Laptop, power, and backup facilities are made available in each class. The college also uses a Moodle Management System, to assist teachers explain key concepts of subjects to students with media and some special effects and graphic presentations. Further, the MMS facility makes it easy for everyone to communicate via messaging, forums, and mobile notifications and gives control to faculty to monitor the student’s progress and motivate them with digital rewards. Google Classroom is also used by teachers from time to time to watch recorded videos, distribute assignments, and provide feedback. Another advantage of modern classrooms is that notes and presentations can be shared directly with the students. 

Computer Lab: A fully-fledged, and big Computer Center has been established on JMC premises to take care of tasks like content and digital video creation, eLearning, and educating students about the subjects such as Computer Graphics, and Open-Source Application Development. The latest computer systems with all kinds of required configuration, software, and applications are installed here. Students also come here to complete assignments, and make PPTs, and then teachers use this space to do online research and draft assignments and projects for students. 

Conference Hall: This vast, and aesthetically developed facility exists on the college campus to seamlessly organize events and activities such as seminars, guest lectures, conferences, symposia, and department functions regularly in collaboration with experts. It is built on a 3000 sq ft area of land and is well-resourced with audio-visual equipment, the latest public addressing, LCD projectors, and comfortable seating arrangements are available here. 

Library: The key objective of the Knowledge Center is to inculcate reading habits in students, assist everyone in their research work by providing necessary resources for research, keep teachers in sync with developments happening in various fields, and make all the programs of the college a success. The library hosts an extensively rich collection of textbooks, and reference books on Management, Business Administration, and Computer Applications. Resources such as business newspapers, research papers, previous year’s question papers, national and international journals, and other study materials are available here. It remains open from 9 AM to 4 PM on all weekdays, and closing time is extended as and when needed. JMC has its own Digital Library Setup, and it is a registered member of the National Digital Library of India (NDLI).

Common Rooms: When it comes to taking care of students' comfort and diverse co-curricular needs, and providing them a calm space to rejuvenate and refresh, the college has not left any stone unturned. Due to the same reason, common rooms are established separately for both Girls & Boys. Students mainly use this space to socialize with each other, play indoor games, and release their stress post classes.

Artificial Intelligence Lab: This lab has been developed to teach the complex landscape of Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to students, and help them easily navigate both fields. They also come here to practice theory, or in other words, conduct AI-related experiments. The space is well-resourced with state-of-the-art Hardware and Software, Cloud Infrastructures for projects, and insights to help businesses make better decisions.

Cafeteria: This facility aims to offer delicious, highly nutritious, and freshly prepared food items and snacks to both students and staff members at an affordable price. It has been developed keeping in mind the best standards and all edibles are prepared in extremely hygienic conditions. The place has a very aesthetic appeal, due to which students regularly come here after their classes to have informal chit-chat with their classmates and seniors. 

Security: The security of its people is JMC's topmost priority, and for the same reason, it has implemented enough measures to fill the gaps. A properly fenced boundary wall is the first level of protection, and then security guards are deployed to ensure unauthorized people can’t enter inside the college premises. Along with checking individuals' identities, they also monitor people’s movements and activities happening in the institute. There is a separate gate-pass system for visitors and the entire premises is under CCTV Surveillance.

Transport: The college has a fleet of buses to ensure smooth pickup and drop off of students and staff members from nearby locations of Bhojpur. Well-trained drivers drive these buses, and the security of students and staff people is ensured through strict security measures. The end goal is to save everyone’s precious time and help them invest it in some productive work. 

Hostels: To give a home-like ambiance to students away from their homes, separate accommodation facilities have been built by the college for both boys and girls. Both hostels are different buildings in separate locations and wardens take care of students’ academic/co-curricular needs. All facilities such as clean, spacious, and well-ventilated rooms with attached washrooms, chairs, desks and beds each followed by premium quality furniture, and recreation space fitted with a large TV are available here. Students are regularly encouraged to play both indoor and outdoor games. In addition, the overall ambiance is very warm and welcoming. 

Trained cooks prepare the highest quality, nutritious, and delicious foods for students, and cuisines like North-Eastern, Nepali and Bhutanese meals are available in the mess. Then there are 24*7 water, electricity, and laundry facilities. Various kinds of festivals are celebrated in these hostels, and if required students can easily get daily newspapers in English delivered in the common Hall. Ambulance facilities make it easy for college people to address any kind of health emergency of students, and even on-call doctor support can be availed.
