Chalapathi Institute of Technology - [CIT], Guntur, Andhra Pradesh is a private engineering college in Mothadaka area of Guntur in Andhra Pradesh established in 2008. The institute is runned and managed by Chalapathi Educational Society, Guntur was founded by Sri Y. V. Anjaneyulu in 1995. The institute is affiliated to JNTU, Kakinada. - Library: The institute has a computerized library well equipped with a large collection of books under the categories of academics, reference and general.Digital library has dedicated computers with multimedia and internet facility. It has 20 Computer Systems with 60 MBPS Speed Internet with backup. The library also has access to many of the online journals.
- Campus Wifi: Campus was provided with wifi-24x7 facility through BSNL with 40Mbps speed.
- Canteen: Institute has spacious canteen facilities in the college premises. Hygienic food is maintained. The Cafeteria with the vicinity of campus serves up some delectable stuff even as the visitors can indulge in free-wheeling. The canteen is kept open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all working days.
- Hostel: The institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. It provides a well spacious room with mess facilities to the students. A separate hall for TV viewing on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays is provided for the recreation of hostellers.
- Book Shop: A Book Shop that stocks a range of everyday items required by students such as Drawing sheets, records, sheets, graph sheets, stationery, newspapers etc, is tucked into the store for the convenience of the students.
