B.E and B.E (Lateral) Admission
The Bachelor of Engineering is offered at the undergraduate level on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 or its equivalent and must have studied Mathematics. Whereas, to secure a seat in B.E (Lateral), having a Diploma in Engineering in the respective branch is a must. To secure a seat in B.Tech or B.E, a valid score in JEE-MAIN is preferred.

Engineering Diploma (Polytechnic) Admission
The institute offers Diploma on the basis of marks scored in class 10th.
M.Tech Admission
The program is offered on the basis of minimum 55% marks scored in B.E/ B.Tech or its equivalent approved by AICTE. For full-time courses, candidates with valid GATE score will be given preference. Also, candidates must have at least two years of experience in the relevant field.
MBA and MCA Admission
The MBA program is affiliated to the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. To get admission into MBA and MCA programs, the applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in BCA/ B.Sc with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduate level. The candidate will need to clear the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT). For the candidates seeking admission in MCA (Lateral) program, BCA, B.Sc (IT) they must have passed the relevant examination with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduate level.
Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research Scholarship
The Scholarship is awarded to the OBC, SC, and ST category students by Adimjati Kalyan Vibhag. The GATE qualified candidates get scholarships by AICTE. Minority Welfare Department, Bhopal awards scholarship. Acropolis awards scholarships to the meritorious students on the basis of rank scored in semesters.

Merit-based Scholarships
- Dr RM Sojatia Merit Scholarship: Upto INR 8000/- and INR 2000/- for students achieving excellence in academics and securing I and II positions in I, II, III year examinations of RGPV/ DAVV.
- Mr Pradeep Sojatia Merit cum Means Scholarship: For students from economically weaker sections, having annual income below Rs 2.0 Lakhs, and not getting any other scholarship.
- Prabhat Sojatia and Om Sojatia Scholarship for Sports: On the basis of the performance of students in Nodal/ State and National level tournaments, students are awarded scholarship of INR 1000/- and 5000/- respectively. .
- Chairman’s Awards: Following awards have been instituted for the students:
- Best Project: A cash award of INR 5000/- to the students and guide of the entire project.
- Best Programming: A cash award of Rs 5000/- for the entire team.
