KRCE B.E. and Lateral Entry B.E. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for different undergraduate programs offered by the K. Ramakrishnan College of Engineering is listed below:-

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 examinations in Science stream with 45% marks in aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized Board.
• For Lateral Entry to B.E. degree programs candidates should hold Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Science degree in any branch with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates).

K. Ramakrishnan College of Engineering also offers MBA. The admissions to MBA postgraduate degree program is done through CMAT or TANCET exam, based on TNEA counselling. Eligibility for MBA course is a candidate must have passed 10 + 2 + 3 years bachelor’s degree pattern is required.

• For admission to MBA programs, candidates must have passed 10 + 2 + 3 years bachelor’s degree.
• The candidates with 10 + 3 years Diploma + 3 years bachelor’s degree pattern or 10 + 2 years + AMIE with 2 years of experience are also considered to be eligible for admission to MBA programs.
