Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce admissions 2023 for UG and PG programs will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores which are conducted by NTA. Admissions to UG courses will be based on CUET UG marks followed by the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) while admission to PG courses will be done through the CUET PG examination. Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for PG admissions is scrapped for now and is replaced by CUET PG from the academic year 2023.
Once the CUET results are out, eligible candidates for both UG and PG programs need to register themselves on Delhi University’s admission portal- admission.uod.ac.in.Candidates will then be required to fill in the preference for program and college for seat allocation. Seat Allocation for UG courses will be done through the CSAS portal while PG selections will be based on the merit list released for both merit and entrance-based admissions.
For PG admissions, 50% of the total seats will be allocated based on the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination. The merit-based alternative is only for students who hold a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University. The remaining half of the total seas will be provided based on the candidate’s rank in the CUET PG exam.

Sri Guru Gobind Singh College UG Selection Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The final selection will be done through e-counselling conducted by Delhi University on the basis of CUET scores. CUET is divided into the following three sections:
- Section 1 Languages: this further contains two sections, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Section ‘A’ contains 13 languages such as Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc. Section ‘B’ contains 20 languages such as French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, etc. For admission candidates must at least appear in one language.

Phase 1: CSAS Application Form
- Aspirants are required to fill the CSAS application form on the centralized admission portal by paying a one-time non-refundable application fee.
- ECA and sports quota candidates will have to pay an additional fee.
Phase 2: Selection of Courses and College Preferences
- Second phase will start after the results of the CUET examination are declared.
- After the CUET Result declaration, eligible candidates will have to select the courses and fill the preference of desired colleges on the centralised CSAS portal.
Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Final Admission
- Merit list will be declared on the basis of CUET scores.
