Shivajirao Kadam Institute of Technology and Management - [SKITM], Indore was established in the year 2009. It offers a selected set of courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in various branches. The institute also offer Diploma programmes in Engineering and Pharmacy.
- Admission to the B.E. course is done on the basis of JEE Main score/class 12th score followed by MP Counselling procedure conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of MP.
- Candidates willing to secure admission in MBA and Integrated MBA need to qualify CMAT exam.
- B.Pharm. and D.Pharm. admission is granted based on MP Counselling.
- Admission to BBA, B.Com., B.Com (Hons) is done by applying through an online form prescribed by the Department of Higher Education followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
- SKITM Indore offer admission to Diploma in Engineering based on merit in the qualifying exam. However, the professional board of examination may take the Entrance Test for admission.
- As determined by DTE, the seats to the various programs are allocated through a counselling procedure.
- Students can apply for the counselling through the online mode only.

The institute also provides admission to candidates in Diploma in Engineering and Pharmacy. Diploma in Engineering is offered under two specializations viz Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates who have passed class 10th with 35% marks can apply for Diploma in Engineering. For D. Pharm., candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in related subjects.
Admission to Diploma in Engineering is based on merit in the qualifying exam. However, the professional board of examination can also conduct the entrance test for offering admission. For admission into D.Pharm., candidates need to appear in the MP Counselling.

Steps to Apply for B.Tech, B.Pharm., MBA, Integrated MBA and D. Pharm
Candidates have to fill the counselling form for applying to B.Tech, B.Pharm., MBA, Integrated MBA and D. Pharm courses. The application form can be obtained online from the official website of DTE.
- Login and register on the official website of DTE, Madhya Pradesh.
- After selecting the course of interest, candidates must click on the course.
- Click on the ‘Go for Counselling’ section.
- After reviewing and ensuring that the details filled in, are correct, the candidates should submit the registration form.
- Upload the recent photograph and signature.
- The payment must be done online and it is non-refundable.
- Once the registration procedure is completed, the next round is the document verification.
Note: After login, the candidate must fill in the required details and edit, if necessary, before proceeding to the payment option. The applicant must save a copy of the registration receipt once the payment is done.
Documents required for Counselling: The candidates must carry the below-mentioned documents for the counselling procedure:
- Class X and XII mark sheet and passing certificate
- Domicile Certificate and Identity Proof
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport size photographs
