RBVRR Women’s College Scholarship Schemes

National and State Merit Scholarships for the students who have secured good scores in SSC examinations.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Scholarship for SC/ST students whose parents annual income does not exceed INR 1 lakh.
Other Scholarships such as for Economically Poor Persons (EPP), Listed Backward Class groups, Handicapped students, Deceased government servant’s children and Scholarships granted by Central government are also granted to the needy students.

Ques. Are the entrance exams necessary to qualify for postgraduate programmes?

Ans. Admission is granted on the basis of marks in graduation. However, if you didn’t score well in graduation, then you need to have great scores in entrance exams.

Ques. What is the criterion for getting into Food and Nutrition or Biochemistry courses?

Ans. The criterion is the same for all courses of B.Sc, that is, you need to have passed 10+2 with PCM/PCB/PCMB stream.
