Selection Criteria
Admissions at Mar Augusthinose College for undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered on the basis of marks scored in the previous examinations.

- After opening the admissions portal, the first step is to enter basic details such as name, password, board, mobile number,email-id, date of birth, and category. A unique registration number along with the selected password will be sent to your email-id and mobile number.
- After logging into your account, the next step is to fill in personal details such as name, registration number, date of birth, community, caste, and sex.
- The next step is to fill in academic details such as marks of 10th, 12th, and undergraduate.
- After completing the details section, candidates have to fill in their choices for courses and colleges. Candidates can fill up to 40 choices.
- Candidates have to also upload recent passport size photographs, signature, and mark sheets of 10th, 12th and undergraduate.
- Finally pay the application fees to complete the form fill-up process. Candidates can pay the application fees by Debit card,Credit Card or Net banking.

- State Merit Scholarship
The government of Kerala through this scheme awards the students studying in undergraduate courses with Rs 1250/- every month if they have scored more than 60% in the previous examination and if the annual income is less than Rs 1 lakh.
- District Merit Scholarship
Candidates studying in the undergraduate course who belong to the weaker sections and have an annual income less than Rs 1 lakh will be awarded some amount every month.
- Merit Scholarship to the Children of School Teachers
Children of teachers studying in undergraduate and postgraduate courses are eligible for this scholarship. They will be exempted from paying some amount of fees.
- Muslim Nadar Girls Scholarship
The government of Kerala through this scheme is trying to empower young girls to pursue higher education. Young Girls of the backward sections of the society who wish to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate courses will be awarded Rs 125- per month.
- Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship
