VIIT M.Tech Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Candidates seeking admission into B. Tech, B. Tech (Lateral) and M. Tech, Ph.D. courses must have applied for the concerned national or state level exams.

The college follows the below steps for CAP counseling for B.Tech and M.Tech admission:

• Visit the official website of DTE, Maharashtra (http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/)
• Register as a new user and then fill the online form.
• After that, candidates have to appear for verification of documents at the Facilitation Center.
• Preference of courses and institutions to be filled and confirmed in the online form before CAP Round 1 (decreasing order of preference)
• After the final CAP round, candidate can report to the institution and confirm admission.

3. DTE allotment letter
4. original CET / JEE scorecard
5. Original SSC and HSC mark sheets
6. Nationality / Domicile Certificate or Birth Certificate
7. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
8. Aadhar card xerox copy
9. Leaving/ Transference Certificate
10. Caste Certificate, if applicable

The institute offers admission to the M.Tech programme under 6 specializations with 18 intakes in each. B.E/B.Tech degree holders can apply for admission.

Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in GATE.

VIIT Pune M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E./B.Tech degree holders in the relevant subjects can apply for admission.
• Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.
• 45% of marks should be secured by the SC/ST candidates.

Selection Criteria:

The selection for final admission will be based on the performance in GATE.
