• The candidates seeking to apply for admission to these undergraduate programs must have 10+2 levels of education from a recognised board with a minimum of 75% marks.
• Students must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as the core subjects.

Selection Criteria

Directorate Of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh will conduct the complete admission process through counselling based on the marks obtained in JEE MAIN. Students seeking to apply for admissions can check the following points:

• Candidates have to fill an online application form for counselling.
• All the eligible candidates participating in the counselling will have to register first and get their documents verified.
• Once, the above step is completed, candidates will be required to submit their choices of colleges in the order of their preference. Once the choices are submitted, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable MP BE counselling fee.
• DTE will announce the common merit list and seats will be allotted to the candidates in the participating institutes.
• Candidates will have to report at the allotted institute for the document verification and pay the admission fees of the allotted institutes.

The institute further invites applications for admission to the 2 years M.Tech course under 4 specializations. B.E/B.Tech degree holders in relevant subjects can apply for admission to the course.

• The mentioned SC/ST percentage is for Madhya Pradesh residents.
  Candidates belonging to OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh can apply with at least 45%.
• The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration after passing Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of (10+2) system or equivalent..
