ABES Institute of Technology offers the B.Tech degree under five different specialization subjects. The college also accepts Lateral Entry (direct admission in the second year).

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics and any one of Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject with a minimum aggregate of 45% (Gen) and 40% (SC/ST) marks from any institute located in U.P or whose parents are domicile of U.P to be eligible for UPSEE.

Admission at the state level is based on the rank/score in UPSEE. Direct admission is based on JEE Main rank. Candidates seeking admission in the second year of Engineering can apply through the counselling mode.

Key points:

• 10% of the total sanctioned seats will be filled by JEE Main or UPSEE for Non-UP domicile candidates.
• For direct admissions, candidates must have minimum 50% (Gen) and 45% (SC/ST) aggregate marks from an institute located in UP and recognized by the Board of Technical Education, UP.
• Against the management quota seats & vacant seats, if available, the direct admission will be done on the merit of the relevant entrance test, as per university guidelines from among the candidates who approach for admission.
