Admission to the college is determined by an entrance exam conducted by Delhi University in early June. The college offers two courses: BMS and BFIA. A counseling session is held at the South Campus to allocate seats based on entrance exam scores and academic merit. The BA Hons Business Economics (BBE) course is a three-year program with 24 subjects over six semesters, requiring at least 60% in Math and English for eligibility. The faculty is well-qualified, with a favorable student-to-teacher ratio, although teaching methods are traditional. Annual fees amount to approximately ₹16,600 to ₹21,340, inclusive of a one-time payment structure, with a total of ₹19,000 paid annually. Scholarships and a 100% fee refund are available for underprivileged students. Late fees are charged at ₹500 per month. The college offers an improved placement scenario, with companies like EY, L&T, Algoworks, and Deloitte offering positions. Currently, 40-50% of final-year students secure placements with average salary packages ranging from ₹5-6 LPA to ₹12 LPA. Internships are abundant from the first year, with industry projects each semester and some offering a stipend of ₹5,000. The college's Training and Placement Cell actively supports recruitment efforts, ensuring students are well-prepared for the job market. Maharaja Agrasen College rewards course toppers with trophies and certificates and offers scholarships for research projects. Additional financial support is provided through the SC Welfare Commission's post-matric scholarship. Despite the low fees, various scholarships and a 100% refund of academic fees for financially weaker students are available.
