VIT Pune offers a full time M. Tech. (Master of Technology) Course with a duration of 2 Years. It is offered in 8 Specializations such as Design Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Heat Power Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering.

The Course is divided into 4 Semesters. There are 147 Seats present for the M. Tech. Course.

Minimum Eligibility is to have a B.Tech. Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks. Admissions to M. Tech. programs are done on the basis of GATE Entrance Examination.
