Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree programme in seven different specializations namely, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering.
Admission to the B.E. is done either on the basis of rank secured in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Aspiring candidates for the B.E. programme must have passed the 10+2 level examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or any technical or vocational subjects as one of the optional subjects. They must also secure a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate to be considered eligible for admission.

You can also get scholarships if you have scored well on boards or JEE exams. The admission process is not hectic but it's a big university with over 25k students, So it gets crowded sometimes. especially when you are paying fees, it's always a long line.
