Admission to BE/ B.Tech course is given on the merit basis followed by TNEA. All the application forms are scrutinized and the rank list is published

Applicants who want to get admission under the Management Quota can directly approach the college Office and it is not necessary for them to appear in TNEA counselling.

Admission under the Management Quota is given directly on the basis of candidate’s performance in HSC.

Note: If the candidate has appeared in JEE Main, then he/she has to mention the same in the application form along with the rank obtained in the test.

Admission to ME and MCA courses is given on the basis of applicant’s score in TANCET or GATE. The admission to MBA program is offered CAT or MAT score followed by Group Discussion and an interview.

Students seeking admission under the Management Quota are required to appear in the Entrance Test conducted by the college.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted in the month of March every year. It is a 2-hour pen-paper test with 100 MCQs divided into 5 sections. Candidates are awarded 1 mark for each correct answer and 1/3^rd marks are deducted for each wrong answer. After appearing in TANCET, candidates have to apply for admission to the concerned admission authorities.

User Fact: Candidates who have appeared in any Common Entrance Test, viz. MAT, CAT, TANCET or GATE have to mention it in the application form along with the marks scored in the respective examination.
