Vaishali Institute of Business and Rural Management (VIBRM), Muzaffarpur Admission 2023: Important Dates, Application process

VIBRM offers BBA in 7 specializations and BCA at the UG level. The minimum eligibility to be eligible for admission is pass in 10+2 with 45% marks from a recognized board. Admission in both courses is done on the basis of a written test, personality test and interview followed by a GD as well as merit in the qualifying examination.

Note: The institute reserves five seats for foreign students applying through their Embassy / High Commission and Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India.

At the postgraduate level, BIBRM Muzaffarpur offers an MBA program in 6 specializations and a MCA course at the PG level.

For MCA, candidates must have 50% marks in any graduate degree with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at the graduation or 10+2 level to be considered for admission. For MBA, a graduate degree with 50% marks in any discipline is required to be eligible for the admission process.

Admission in MBA is done on the basis of a valid CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT score. Final selection is done on the basis of GD and PI. Admission in MCA is based on a written test conducted by the institute followed by GD & PI.

Key Points:

• For MBA admission, preference will be given to candidates with experience and training in the field of management.
• Candidates appearing for their final year examination can also apply for MBA and MCA.
• 5% relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates.
• For Lateral Entry admission in MCA, a Bachelor’s degree of BCA or B.Sc in IT/Computer Science is required to be eligible.
