Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) imparts an PGDM program in full-time mode, for the duration of two years. For admission to LIBA PGDM program, students must have passed Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks in aggregate & selection will be done by the valid CAT/ XAT cutoff marks. The final selection will be based on performance in WAT, GD & PI rounds. LIBA Chennai PGDM Fees

The institute offers PGDM program at INR 18.89 Lakhs. The total fee of the program includes the total six semesters’ tuition fees, one-time admission fee, library fee, computer fee, insurance fee, one-time alumni fee, foundation course fee, students’ activities. Library & retention deposit fees are refundable. Per semester fee is noted down below: 

• The one-time admission fee is INR 35,000, the one-time insurance fee is INR 750, the foundation course fee is INR 36,000, the students’ activities fee is INR 7,000 & the one-time alumni fee is 8,000. 
• Library & Computer fee for every semester is INR 15,400.

LIBA Chennai PGDM Eligibility Criteria 

• Applicants must have done Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university under regular mode only. 
• The candidate should have a consistent higher academic performance with a minimum 60% marks in 10+2 level, Bachelor’s degree. 
• The candidates must have cleared all the academic levels in their first attempt, will be preferred. Candidates with a history of more than two arrears are asked NOT to apply.

LIBA Chennai PGDM Selection Criteria 

• Candidates must appear in the CAT 2023/ XAT 2024 to be selected for LIBA Chennai PGDM program. The institute will shortlist candidates based on their CAT 2023/ XAT 2024 scores only. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI) for final selection.
• GD/PI will be held by the LIBA admission team at Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, MuPGDMi, New Delhi. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, GD/PI can be conducted in online mode.

• Click on the given ‘Register Now’ link for a new registration on the home page to create a login account. 
• The details of the login ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID. If candidates forgot their password please click the reset link on the login page.
• After logging into the applicant’s account using the user name and password, enter CAT ID / XAT ID, personal details, and upload the candidate’s passport size photograph.
• Select the desired course and enter academic details and upload the requisite documents. 
• Enter work experience details, upload the scanned copy of the required documents & provide reference information. 
• Confirm all the details and submit the application form with an online payment of INR 2000 through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

LIBA Chennai PGDM Program Details

LIBA Chennai PGDM program is offered for two academic years in six terms, each semester has 3 terms. It is a full-time program offered in 5 specializations such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Technology & Operations, and Business Analytics. There are dual specialisations available in the functional areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Systems, International Business, Operations, and Business Analytics. 

A student must acquire a minimum of 120 credits to qualify LIBA Chennai PGDM program

• In the first year there are a total number of 62 credits for the Core courses.
• Across the three terms including a field course in Second year another 13 Core Courses’ credits will be there including a field course in Second year 
• The total Core component in the program holds 75 Credits.
• Out of 120 credits, electives comprises of 45 credits. 
• Students should have required at least 15 credits to specialize in an area. 
• Generally, students should do electives comprising of 15 credits in a term. 
• Additionally, per term there will be a one paid credit course with INR 2,000.
