N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (NLDIMSR) was founded in 1995 by the Late Shri Niranjanlal Dalmia. The academic program commenced in 1997. Today, the institute has received NAAC A+ accreditation in the 2nd cycle and SAQS accreditation for 5 years.

B. Criteria for Scholarship for Second Year students:
Scholarship for second year students will be conferred to the 10 Toppers of First year in combined merit list (Trimester I, II&III) of all students of PGDM/PGDM(FM) as per the average CGPA of all Trimesters taken together with the minimum combined average CGPA of 9.8 will get 25% scholarship.

- Bloomberg Lab: The Institute has Mumbai’s first Bloomberg Finance Lab that offers the students a high-end knowledge program with practical learning.
- Auditorium: A state-of-the-art auditorium has been designed with quality equipment. It can accommodate a large number of audiences.
- Library: The NLDIMSR Library as a Learning Resource Centre (LRC) - is well equipped to support Teaching, Learning and Research activities. N. L. Dalmia Campus Life and Events
- MSR - MY social responsibility- A social initiative started by the 2011 batch students of NLDIMSR, it endeavours to provide an opportunity to students at the Institute not only to express their concern for the needy and the underprivileged sections of society. The ‘Sparssh’ Team conducted blood donation camps, participated in Mumbai Marathon to raise environmental awareness, provided educational kits to needy children, and organized Christmas & New Year get-togethers in various orphanages. In 2017 the Institute under its MSR program adopted Kondgaon, a 100% tribal village in Palghar district for its all-round development. Students visit the village to work closely with the villagers, especially the children of Zilla Parishad Schools and the Ashram Shala and engage them for a better tomorrow. The activities at Kondgaon are divided into the verticals of Education, Hygiene & Healthcare, and Skill Development & Environment.
- Finance Forum- An executive body managed by student representatives of the finance stream, this forum aims to transform the students’ academic skills into an industry fit by providing insights on job-specific finesse. Ans. No. It is not compulsory for the outstation candidates to stay at Hostel provided by the college. However, hostels are available off-campus. N. L.
