Dungar College offers a BA degree as a full-time classroom course for 3 years under the following specializations- History, Political Science, Sociology, Hindi , English, Sanskrit, Economics , Public Administration, Philosophy, Urdu, Rajasthani, Drawing & Painting and Geography.

Government Dungar College Bikaner B.A. Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria for the BA program is that candidates must clear 10+2 aggregate percentile with a minimum of 50% for general category and 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC.

Government Dungar College Bikaner B.A. Selection Criteria 

• The selection process for bachelors of art depends on the marks obtained in 10+2. The filling of application form is mandatory for every candidate who is willing to take admission in Dungar College.
• Candidates who qualified PTET 2021 will be given preference in selection.

Qualified candidates need to perform in the PTET counseling round. In PTET counseling, candidates are allotted seats in their respective courses as per the ranks obtained by them and available seats.

Candidates can pursue Masters of Arts from Dungar College, Bikaner. Masters of Science (M.Sc.) is a postgraduate course offered for 2 years in various specializations like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Geology.

Candidate done B.Sc. in relevant subject or Suitable combination with minimum of 45% Marks (40% for reserved categories) is eligible

Selection Criteria 

Admission to all the courses of M.Sc. is based on the university-based entrance followed by counselling or interview.

Dungar college provides master’s degree in commerce with the specializations in ABST, EAFM, and Business Management. The course is offered for 2 years duration.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in Commerce or Equivalent with a minimum of 45% Marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for admission in M.Com.

Selection Criteria

The selection process in M.Com. at Govt. Dungar College is based on the graduation score in the respective subjects followed by the interview.

Apart from UG and PG degrees, Dungar college also provides opportunities for higher education for doctoral degrees in various subjects. Ph.D. degree is awarded for 3 years with full-time classroom option.

M.Phil course facility is available in Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, History , Geography, Sanskrit, Political Science, Hindi and English subjects.

 Ph.D. course facility is available in Physics, Chemistry , Botany, Zoology , Mathematics and Geology in Science faculty. Ph.D. course facility is also available in History, Political Science, Sociology, Hindi , English ,Sanskrit , Economics , Public Administration, Philosophy, Urdu and Geography in Arts faculty.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility for M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses is a pass in PG degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate. 

Selection Criteria

Admission to the M.Phil/Ph.D. program is granted on the basis of score secured in Combined Entrance Test (MPCET) conducted by MGSU followed by an interview.

2. Pay the application fee of INR 1500 (INR 750 for SC/ST)) through challan downloaded from the official website of MGSU and deposited in the branch of PNB.

Pre-Ph.D. Research Work: Candidates admitted to the Ph.D. program need to complete a coursework of 6 months duration. Those candidates who will secure at least 45% marks in the coursework will be considered eligible for final Ph.D. registration.
