MGSU Time Table 2022 has been released for M. Phil Exams on the official MGSU website @mgsubikaner.ac.in 

Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU) exams will be conducted in both shifts (Morning / Evening). However, the complete MGSU examination 2022 date and timing schedule will be available in MGSU Regular / Non-College (NC) Time Table 2022. 

The university usually conducts Term End Semester Examination in the month of June/ July. MGSU Time Table 2021 is released one month before the examination on its official website. MGSU Time Table 2022: Important Instructions

Students appearing for the university semester examinations must follow the instruction:

  • Report to the exam hall 30 minutes earlier
  • Carry the hall ticket and id card on the day of the exam
  • Mobile phones are prohibited during the exam
  • Involvement in malpractice during the exam is restricted
  • Do not make any kind of marks on the answer booklet

Students are advised to know the exam date and time of their subject and paper. The University releases the time table in the form of a pdf and one can easily download the same. Students appearing for the exam must not involve in any kind of malpractice during the exam. In the case of omissions or clashes in the timetable, students must inform the controller of the examination immediately.

According to the MGSU guidelines; no guarantee is given to the candidates regarding the order of question papers. Complaints against papers, if any, should be submitted through the Centre Superintendent concerned, so as to reach the University within a week from the date of exam of the paper concerned, after which no complaint will be entertained. Students are advised to check the scheme and date of the common paper carefully before appearing for the examination.

MGSU Hall Ticket 2022

  • MGSU Bikaner will issue the Hall Ticket to all the eligible students for appearing in the exam. 
  • It is the student’s responsibility to collect their hall ticket prior to the examination. The university advises its students to their details printed on the hall ticket. 
  • In case of any error contact the COE of the university.
  • No student will be allowed to write the exam without the hall ticket. 
  • Carry the college id card and hall ticket on each day of the exam
