B.Tech:Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) from a recognized board of education with PCM subject.
B.Tech (Lateral Entry): Candidates must have passed with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in Diploma in relevant discipline or B.Sc degree
TINT Kolkata B.Tech & B.Tech (Lateral) Selection Process:
- Candidates belonging to the State of West Bengal should possess a valid score in the Joint Entrance Exam (WB JEE) conducted by WBJEE Board in order to secure admission.
- Candidates belonging to the other states will have to appear in JEE Main conducted by CBSE and then have to apply for the counseling process which will be conducted by JoSSA.
- The selection of candidates for Lateral entry will be based on rank obtained in Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (JELET).
- The final selection will be done through counseling conducted by the Board.
