RCC Institute of Information Technology - [RCCIIT], Kolkata Admission 2024: Cut Off, Fees, Eligibility

RCC Institute of Information Technology offers various specializations in B. Tech for students who wish to pursue under-graduation. After passing 10+2, candidates must need to secure a rank in either WBJEE or AIEEE which would give them the opportunity to attend the counselling process conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). On the basis of the outcome of the counselling, seats would be allotted. For lateral entry in B.Tech., candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology with minimum of 60% marks from any Polytechnic Institute recognized by AICTE. However, selection will be based on merit and availability of seats.

3. Admission fees in the form of Demand Draft issued in the favour of RCC INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Payable at Kolkata.
4. Notarial affidavit is also required by the student regarding a declaration on a ten rupees stamp paper Format.
5. Medical certificate for physical and eye (vision) fitness of candidate
6. Candidate's blood group reports
7. Scan copy in PDF format and Photo in JPG of the following documents is required in a CD/DVD:

• 10^th standard admit card and marksheet
• 12^th standard marksheet or diploma marksheet
• SC/ST/PC certificate
• Passport sized colored latest photograph
• Signed affidavit regarding Anti Ragging related declaration     

RCC Institute of Information Technology offers Post Graduation courses such as M.Tech. and M.CA. in various discipline. The basic eligibility apply for any of the two PG in this Institution is that candidates must possess a graduation degree in the applied discipline.

Apart from this, if a candidate wish to apply for technical post-graduation, they must have a valid rank and scorecard of PGATE, which is conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal or GATE. Candidates who have a GATE scorecard would get GATE scholarship.

Those candidates who is keen in pursuing Masters in computer applications must have a graduation degree under 10+2+3 pattern from a UGC recognized University or AICTE recognized B.Tech or B.E. or B.CA. degree. Mathematics must be a core subject at every level of their past education and must have scored 50% in all their previous major examinations.

• All the reservation policies in RCC Institute of Information Technology for post-graduation is implemented as per the state government rules.
• Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B category have a relaxation of 5% in the qualifying marks, that is instead of 50%, they will be considered with minimum of 45% marks.
• For MCA candidates, they must carry the original ALLOTMENT LETTER issued from Joint Entrance Board, original Migration Certificate and admission fees in the form of Demand Draft (DD), NEFT or cash, issue in favour of RCC INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, payable at Kolkata.

Tech candidates are Original ALLOTMENT LETTER issued from PGET Council, ADMISSION FEE in the form of Demand Draft (DD) or cash and the online affidavit, filled by both student and guardian at the site www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org for declaration related to anti ragging norms as per AICTE.
