Modern Engineering & Management Studies (MEMS), Balasore was established in the year 2008 under Modern Engineering & Management Foundation for promoting technical education in the field of engineering and management. Objective of the college is to provide world class education for carrier building and create a caring workplace that fosters teamwork along with personal and professional growth.
- Vision of the college is “To emerge as a visionary institution and to become a dream boat for knowledge seekers in the field of technical and management education”

- Campus is located at Banparia on NH 5 near Kuruda, which is only 5 Km from Balasore Railway Station and the Bus Stand
