MIT offers M.Tech, MBA and MCA programs at PG level. The basic eligibility to apply for admission in these programs is to have obtained a graduate degree in relevant subjects with minimum 50% marks.
The final selection of the candidates in M.Tech is based on GATE score while for MBA, a good score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA will be considered. For the MCA program, the candidates have to qualify in PGCET followed by an interview.

MIT, Mysore Scholarship
MIT offers various scholarship schemes for meritorious candidates.
- One candidate from each branch with 90% or above marks in PCM or the one with a rank less than 1000 in KCET/ PGCET will be awarded free seat.
- The candidates who have scored 85% marks in the final exam will get 50% concession in the tuition fee for the current academic year.
- The candidates who have applied under Management/ COMEDK UGET quota and belong to Rural or Kannada background or whose parents are in the teaching profession can avail 10% discount in the first-year tuition fees.
