Maharaja Agarsain Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad offers B.Tech. in 4 specializations at the undergraduate level. The institute also offers BBA and BCA courses in affiliation with CCS University, Meerut.

Maharaja Agarsain Institute of Technology Counselling and Application Process 2023
Counselling Process for admission to Maharaja Agarsain Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad will be conducted through online mode only. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh will organize AKTU/UPTU Counselling.
Counselling Procedure:
- Candidates who will qualify the examination will be called for the counselling as per their merit.
- The counselling will be conducted in five rounds.
- Candidates will have to register for the counselling through online mode. During registration, candidates have to pay a counselling fee through online mode (credit card/debit card/internet banking).
- AKTU Counselling fee will be INR 20000 (INR 12000 for SC/ST Category).
- After successful fee payment, candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of all documents/certificates.
- The size of each document should not be more than 200 KB.
- Documents/certificates of all candidates will be verified by the university through online mode.
- After verification of documents, “Choice Filling & Locking” link will be activated on the login page.
- Candidates will fill their choices of college & courses as per their preferences.
- The choices filled by candidates at the end of the specified period will be automatically locked by the system.
- Candidates can check the seat allotment result by entering their “Application Number” & “Password”.
- They must download their seat allotment letter for admission.
- The allotment of seat will be carried out on the basis of UPSEE merit, availability of seats, subject to the order of preference given for the seats.
- After seat allotment, no change in the branch/institution will be admissible.
Application Process
- After completion of the counselling process, candidates will have to report at the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter.
- Candidates also have to bring the remaining amount of fee and all relevant documents (Original & one set of self-attested photocopies).
- It is compulsory to pay the remaining admission fee to confirm their seat and admission.
