Haryana Engineering College (HEC)offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree program to aspiring students in five different specializations. The duration for each of B.Tech courses is four years. The total number of seats allotted for the B.Tech program is 420.

Admission to the B.Tech program is done on the basis of merit in National level Joint entrance Examination (JEE Main) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Admission to the M.Tech program is done on the basis of merit in National level Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam conducted jointly by Indian Institute of Science (IISC) and Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).

Aspiring candidates for the M.Tech program must hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 50% marks in an aggregate to be considered eligible to take part in the admission process.

Haryana Engineering College (HEC)offers undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in the field of Business and Management Studies leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. The BBA courses is offered for a duration of three years while, the MBA programs takes two years to complete its duration. The total number of seats allocated for the BBA and MBA programs is 60 for each.

To be considered eligible for admission to the BBA program, aspiring candidates must have passed the 10+2 level examination with English as one of the main subjects for study. Admission to the BBA program is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination (10+2 level examination).

Admission to the MBA program is done through National level examinations like CAT which is conducted by IIMs, CMAT which is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and MAT conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA).
