BPIBS New Delhi Admission 2024: Courses, Application Form

BPIBS offers admission to MCA and MBA course and students with a valid score card of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT can apply for admission to the course. 

The institute will take written examination and group discussion along with personal interview for final selection. 

The application form can be filled online through the official website GGSIPU (http://www.ipu.ac.in).

Further, the Institute offers admission to BA and B.Voc. of 3-years duration, whereas the MBA and MCA are of 2-years and 3-years duration respectively. The Diploma in Modern Office Practice is a full-time course of 3-years duration.

Admission Highlights 2023

Candidates seeking admission to a 2-years MBA program or 3-years duration MCA program will have to qualify any of these national/ state level competitive examination viz. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or equivalent.

They also have to pass the admission test, group discussion and personal interview round conducted by the affiliating University i.e. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Applicants who have completed BBA or Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University are considered eligible for admission to the MBA program. Those who hold BCA or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization and have studied Mathematics in 10+2/ Graduation are eligible to apply for admission to the MCA course.

Candidates who have qualify CAT/ MAT/ XAT or equivalent examination are exempted from appearing in the written test conducted by GGISPU, but it is mandatory for all applicants to appear in GD & PI.

The total intake of seats in an MBA is 40 and in MCA is 60.

Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies offers B.Voc. and BBA program of 3 years duration to the aspirants. The minimum eligibility requirement for both BBA and B.Voc. program is the candidate must have passed 10+2/HSC or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

Admission to both courses is given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination and performance in the written test, group discussion and personal interview round conducted by GGSIPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University).

Full-time 3-years Diploma in Modern Office Practice is run by Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies in its curriculum.

Applicants who have passed 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for the reserved category candidates) aggregate in three subjects including English/ Hindi or Sanskrit subjects as compulsory subject depending upon the language they select for the course.

Admission to the course is given on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Institute.

Candidates have to apply separately for each course through the website of GGISPU. The application form could be filled in both online and offline modes.

Those who want to apply offline have to download the application form from the University’s website and submit it through the post or in person. Candidates can also pay the application fee through both online and offline modes.

• Click on the “Admission” link.
• Next click on the “Apply Online” link.
• Select the course you want to apply for.
• Fill up all the other details.
• Upload the documents.
• Tap “Next”.
• Pay the application fee through Net Banking/ Credit/Debit card.
• Submit the application form.

• Left thumb impression (Scanned copy)

The steps to apply offline are given below:-

• Download the application from the University’s website.
• Take its print out.
• Fill in all the details very carefully and paste your photograph.
• Attach all the required documents.
• Submit the application fee through the Demand Draft favoring “GGSIPU” payable at New Delhi.
