  • In the context of the master's with research paper, students have a choice of eight concentrations:
    • Global Sustainability and Environmental Law
    • Health Law, Policy and Ethics
    • International Humanitarian and Security Law
    • International Trade and Investment Law
    • Law and Social Justice
    • Law and Technology
    • Legislative Studies, and
    • Notarial Law
  • The passing grade in all courses is C+. Students who fail two courses (equivalent to 6 units), or the research proposal, or the thesis proposal, or whose research progress is deemed unsatisfactory, must withdraw from the program.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants have at least an A- or 80% average overall (CGPA).
  • The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is mandatory for all applicants.
  • Applicants have a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

Language Requirments:

  • The students must be able to understand and fluently speak the language of instruction (French or English) in the program. Proof of linguistic proficiency may be required at the time of admission.
  • The students whose official language is not English must submit the English Language Proficiency scores like IELTS or TOEFL.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • The students must have completed 10th and intermediate i.e 12th grade which has mathematics courses with 70% marks.
  • Applicants have a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
  • The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is mandatory for this program.
