- Dalhousie University offers a Juris Doctor /Master of Business Administration for a duration of 4 years.

- The JD/MBA program allows students to complete the Juris Doctor degree and the Master of Business Administration in 4 years instead of the 5 that would be required to take the degrees separately.
- In 1st year students have to attend MBA classes. In 2nd year students have to attend Juris Doctor classes. The 3rd and 4th year is consists of combined courses.
- The 1st year is consists of a CRMBA program that starts at the end of June, with 4 courses taken during July-August.
- Students also have to take a mandatory 8-month Corporate Residency course, plus 1 online course.
- In the 3rd and 4th year, students have to complete a major paper course consists of 7-9 hours (3rd year), 3-5 hours (4th year) of law courses from the Business Law area, and other elective classes for a total of 23-25 law credits.
- Students can complete the first and second-year programs in reverse order.
- Students may also complete the third and fourth-year programs in reverse order, with permission, except for the required law courses Compulsory Moot, Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law (3rd year), and the Legal Profession (4th year).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete 4-year of Bachelor’s degree or a master's degree from a recognized university.
- Students hold a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with an upper second class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, students must have a minimum average of grade B+ (75% or above) for UG studies.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Online application form and fees: Students have to fill the online form and submit the application fees.
- Resume: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and/or volunteer experience.
- Two Professional References: Referees (Teachers, guidance counselors, or Professors) should comment on academics and that references should submit along with the application system.
- Personal Statement: It should include a brief overview of themselves, strengths, and any work experience and/or education that students have.
- Transcripts: Students have to submit transcripts from all universities/colleges attended, World Education Services Assessments, and English Language Proficiency test scores.

- Confirmation of Employment Form: Students must be emailed as an attachment by applicant or referee.
