The Advanced Diploma in Dental Technology at George Brown College is a comprehensive program that prepares students for a career in dental technology.
The program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to design, fabricate, and repair a wide range of dental appliances, including dentures, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic appliances.
The program is designed to be completed in three years of full-time study, and consists of a combination of classroom lectures, laboratory work, and clinical practice.
Students will learn about dental anatomy, materials science, CAD/CAM technology, and digital dentistry, among other topics.
Throughout the program, students will have access to state-of-the-art dental technology equipment and facilities, including a CAD/CAM laboratory, a ceramics laboratory, and a digital dentistry laboratory.
They will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience through clinical placements in dental clinics.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students have completed an Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree.
Students must complete Grade 12 English (C or U) with 60% or higher.
Students also have to complete a Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U) with 60% or higher.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria

Students must be graduated from senior secondary school.
Students have a minimum overall of 60% in 10th and 12th Grade for all streams.
Students also have a minimum overall of 50% in English and Maths in 10th and 12th Grade.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
