The way they prepare you for the workforce and their industry connections. I'm doing the applied course and that includes a one year paid internship type thing and it really sets up your career. Universities like Melbourne and Monash aren't as career focused.
The Co-op placement year (internship) is the most attractive part of the university to me. The facilities and faculties are very well renowned but I believe the year of paid work and hands-on experience will truly provide an upper hand when looking for a graduate position after my studies.
This college offered a strong, experienced-based course that is one I was very interested in. Every review I heard and read had amazing things to say. The course was 4 years in length and each year provided great classes.
The pathways program that the university offers. As I did a Certificate IV for a year, need to do an Associate Degree in for two years, and a final fourth year for a bachelor. I also like the university for its culture and diversity.
