Deakin University Admission Deadlines

At Deakin, a majority of the programs are offered through the trimester system. • Evidence of English proficiency if you are a non-native English-speaking student. The university applies 5 bands (Bands A-E) for English language criteria for admission to all courses.

English Proficiency Requirements

This is one of the additional requirements that international students have to meet to apply. Official score reports of either TOEFL or IELTS are required as proof of English proficiency for an applicant who does not come from a country with English as its first language.

You can either fulfill the Deakin University IELTS requirements or apply for an English language preparatory course to get an unconditional admission offer from the university.

Once selected, you would be required to submit an acceptance fee to receive a COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) which you will need to apply for a student visa.
