Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Students complete the following requirements:
- QUT's Bachelor of Design (Architectural Studies) or Bachelor of Design (Honours) (Architectural Studies)
- A completed recognized 4-year full-time bachelor's degree in architecture comparable to QUT’s Bachelor of Design (Honours) program.
- Or, completed recognized 3-year full-time bachelor's degree in architecture plus at least 1 year of recognized postgraduate architecture studies comparable to QUT’s Bachelor of Design (Honours) program.
- Applicants applying on this basis must submit prior course information and a digital portfolio.

Required documents are as follows;
- Prior architecture course information including course overview and subject syllabus in English
- A digital portfolio must include the following:
- A minimum of 4 projects. Ensure that the applicant's architectural design abilities are well represented in the portfolio;
- Fully documented design projects with a proper set of plans, sections, elevations and perspectives, for each project included;
- Samples of applicants' university design assignments (architectural design projects) from the highest year levels of a design studio that students have completed. The intent of the portfolio is to illustrate applicant’s highest level of skill development during his previous studies;
- Samples of design projects completed for professional work.
