The Master of Arts in Information Management and Systems at the University of California is a 2 years program, designed to train students in the skills needed to succeed as information professionals.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must complete a bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent from an accredited institution.
Students hold a satisfactory scholastic average, usually a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale.
Successful work experience in relevant fields.
Programming exposure and aptitude.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

It should list your programming language(s), describe specifically your level of proficiency, and include a brief description of relevant programming courses completed.
ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
