- The School of Architecture's Master of Science (M.S.) is a STEM-designated, non-professional degree program requiring a minimum of 30 semester hours of advanced study and is oriented toward advanced practice, scholarship, and research.
- Applicants may have previous degrees in architecture or other related fields.
- The program accepts students with a professional degree in a design or design-related field, as well as students with a baccalaureate degree in a non-design field who wish to pursue an area of study offered in the Master of Science in Architecture degree.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Applicants to the M.ARCH Program are limited to those with prior accredited professional degrees in
- Architecture (B.ARCH),
- Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA),
- City and Regional Planning (MCRP or equivalent), or
- Civil Engineering (BCE or equivalent).
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

International students applying for admission in this program must have an undergraduate degree in the relevant field from a recognized university and have a valid ELP test score. For the On campus program, the application deadline is February 15. While the application deadline for the Online program is February 1 as standard deadline and Marchh 15 as the final deadline.
