The Master of Science Health Administration & Leadership (MSHAL) addresses the national call for health and human services leaders who understand and appreciate the complex nature of health care. This multi-disciplinary program creates a learning environment that promotes synergy among health leaders.
The MSHAL program includes theoretical and experiential learning opportunities, equipping regional health care leaders with the knowledge required to fill more advanced positions within their respective agencies. Core courses provide a sound foundation in health and organizational leadership with electives providing an opportunity to meet individual learning needs based upon career goals. Individuals in the MSHAL program will acquire knowledge and skills in:
- Implementing and transforming improvements within health and human service systems at the macro and micro-systems levels
- The art and science of management and leadership of health or human service organizations
- Capacity building of communities and organizations
- Processes and project planning
Core courses provide a sound foundation in health and organizational leadership with electives providing an opportunity to meet individual learning needs based upon career goals.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a ECE or WES member agency
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
- Submit letters of recommendation from your previous employers
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 69 in iBT; minimum 7 in Essentials
- IELTS: minimum score of 6
- PTE: minimum score of 50
- Duolingo: minimum score of 95
