Washburn University Campus and Residence
The college only has one main campus located in Topeka, State of Kansas. There is also a tech campus in Huntoon that offers industry-standard programs.
The campus provided housing is divided into two – Residential Hall Options, and Greek housing options. All the residential halls are present inside the premises of the university itself, whereas only one of the Greek houses is part of the campus.

- Lincoln Hall: Suites available with single and double bedroom arrangements
- Living Learning Center: Housing over 400 students, this hall is divided into eight wings which come with a study room and kitchen each.
- Kuehne & West Halls: Provides a suite-style living, and each suite comes with a patio of its own.
- Washburn Village: 4 separate 3-story buildings that are home to around 192 students. Each apartment has a living room along with a private kitchen.

Work-study
