The Master of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering (MS) is intended for students interested in advanced research in biological engineering. The MS degree is a thesis-based degree for those individuals who want to pursue a research-oriented degree beyond the Bachelor of Science. Students are required to write a thesis and defend it at the final oral examination. A minor is optional.

Academic Eligibility:

A baccalaureate in biological or agricultural engineering or another engineering discipline (GPA > 2.8) is the preferred prerequisite for admission.
In the case of applicants with Master's degrees, a Master's GPA of at least 3.2 is required for admission to the Ph.D. Exceptions to the overall undergraduate GPA requirements may be made for cases where performance in the major or during the last two years was at or above the 3.00 level.
Submission of IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores is required.
