Licensure Requirement (not required for graduation):Candidates seeking Ohio license are required to pass specific assessments in order to apply for licensure. The M.Ed. degree curriculum is a minimum of 60 semester hours, including a 600 clock-hour internship. A pre-practicum examination and comprehensive examination must be passed for matriculation and graduation. This program is designed to fulfill the educational requirements for licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. The program may be pursued on a part-time or full-time basis, although some full-time study is urged.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university to get admission to this program.
- Students require a minimum GPA of 3 on a 4.0 scale for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:

- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
